What we collect

When you contact us: your name, business name, email, phone (optional), team size and your message. When you become a client: the business and employee information needed to deliver HR services.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provide and improve our services, and send service-related communications. We do not sell personal information.

How we protect it

We collect only what we need, use secure business-grade service providers, restrict access to authorized people, and never enter employee personal information into public AI tools. Some providers may store data outside Canada; where they do, we use providers with strong contractual and security protections.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing, at any time by emailing us.
